"We certainly recommend the competition for any business. Even long-standing businesses can benefit from a bit of introspection -- perhaps even more so than brand new businesses. We found it to be most helpful in bringing clarity to our operations, allowing us to see our business through different lenses. It brought issues to light we did not realize existed and highlighted strengths we were not truly aware we possessed."
