Candidates for the BDCC Business Plan Competition have to submit an Executive Summary containing the following information:

• Name of the company
• Name of owner(s)
• Experience of the owner(s)
• Description of the product or service you intend to or are now providing
• Explanation of how the prize money would be used
• List of your other funding sources
• Description of the market your product or service is for
• Description of how you will market your product or services
• Number of current or proposed full-time equivalent (FTE) positions your company would employ through the next five years
• Description of your profit model
